This package includes a Luxury room with jacuzzi tub, champagne, and four course dinner for two, paired with a wine tasting flight. There are only seven suites available per night, so make your reservations today!

	Salt Crusted Roasted Beet, Oregon Bleu Cheese, and Pine Nut Salad.
Second Course:
	Corn and Crab Chowder
Entrée Course (choice of one):
	Carlton Farms Filet Mignon Balsamic fig glaze, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetable
	Stuffed Colossal Prawns Prawn stuffed with lump crabmeat and baked in light-cream sherry with seasonal vegetable
	Wild Mushroom and Sausage Stuffed Quail Mushroom veloute, Crunchy Herb Polenta, and seasonal vegetable
Dessert Course:
	Gateau Opera Cake Layers of almond dacquoise, mocha butter cream, kahlua soaked chiffon cake and dark chocolate ganache

Victorian Holiday Tea is always an elegant and festive affair. Perfect for those wanting to do something special and out of the ordinary. Beautifully set tables nestled amongst the decorated Dining Room, Parlor and Library. Featuring a full three-course luncheon starting with our house soup, followed by delicate scones served with fresh whipped cream and Oregon berry jam, then finished with a tier of finger sandwiches and scrumptious desserts. Includes Traditional Christmas carols performed by the Hanson Family Singers in European Victorian attire.
