You pick the Theme and we’ll create the atmosphere!  Featuring a full three-course luncheon starting with Tomato Bisque or Roasted Butternut Squash soup sampling, delicate scones served with our own whipped buttered cream, then finished with a tier of finger sandwiches and scrumptious petite desserts.

$250.00 Site Fee Monday – Sunday October through May
$250.00 Site Fee Monday – Friday June through September
$500 Saturday & $400 Sunday June through September

For your choice of The Campbell House Parlor, Dining Room, Library, Courtyard and or Gardens.
One or more of the areas depending upon the size of your party.

• $18.00per child 12 years and under / $34 per adult
  • plus 18% gratuity & 15% surcharge
  • Plus Event add-ons such as Story Teller, Rental equipment
• 2 to 70 people (up to 100 outside)
• For up to a 2 ½ hour period between Noon and over by 4:00pm.
