Valentine's Day 2010 Menu Soup: Butternut Squash Bisque: Warm and savory, adorned with an herb infused crème heart. Salad: Hearty Beet Salad: Mixed greens with shaved fennel, roasted beets, Oregon bleu cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette. Entrée options: Grilled Fillet Mignon: Wood grilled fillet mignon drizzled with balsamic reduction. Accompanied by roasted asparagus, and rosemary mash potatoes. Roasted Cedar Plank Salmon: Fresh salmon topped with almond pesto and accompanied by roasted asparagus and creamy polenta. Vegetarian Phyllo Triangle: Roasted and grilled seasonal vegetables, seven grain rice, and fresh herbs incased in a delicate phyllo pocket topped with feta and roasted beet confetti.  Served with rosemary mashed potato roasted asparagus. Dessert: Decadent Dark Chocolate Tart: Rich dark chocolate with a gram cracker crust drizzled with Oregon red wine and fig reduction.
