The Library, Dining & Parlor rooms Combined
Monday through Friday: you must rent two guest rooms in the main
house – Rooms 101 & 102 (off the Library) night before or night of, if evening event
$500 – Full or Half day in Library & Dining Rooms ~ Half day only in the Parlor (noon – 4pm)
$750 – Evening Meetings Available Sunday - Thursday from 6-9pm
Seats up to 60 people in tables of 2-12 per table
Seats up to 75 people theater style using all three rooms
Includes Complimentary Coffee, Decaf and Ice Water
Accessories: Flip Charts ($20), VCR Television (price varies), Overhead Projector w/Screen (price varies). We will gladly arrange for any other business equipment you might need.
