$1500 dollar minimum may apply towards rooms and dinners
Choice of Location:
Main House:
1 1/2 hours 2 to 3:30 pm (guest room rental requirement of rooms 101 and 102)
Patio & Gazebo:
1 1/2 hours 2 to 3:30 pm (no guest room rental requirement) |

- $150 each additional hour up until 5pm
- May have the ceremony start at 4pm if adding a three course dinner
- Guest room rental requirement of rooms 101 & 102 for any evening event.
12 noon site available for photos and set up

Dressing Rooms optional (Patricia or Fraser Room at $119 each room) available at 11am
Staffing $18 hour – 4 hour minimum per person
15% Administrative Surcharge and 18% Gratuity |
